It is in the best interest of the physician to make good decisions to retain their low insurance costs/premiums. | "Rainy day" fund total should be reduced and capped. only allowed to be used for statewide emergencies or statewide public interests. Decrease funding on monopolized education industry. When more public loans are more accessible and available, it creates higher tuition rates. It permits colleges and universities to raise their tuition rates because they know the government will front the bill. If private loans were made available based on credit, tuition costs would decrease from its outrageous artificially high prices. Contracts are important. If contract was made in the past, must be maintained in the future unless revoked by both parties. | |||
| Life, Liberty and Property are 3 values in our constitution. Property cannot exist if it is centralized by socialistic programs. Socialism goes against our constitution because when you cannot wholly own property, then it is no longer yours. Capitalism is important in Virginia and the United States. When government jobs are created, it removes jobs from the private sector and replaces them with employment that the private sector cannot compete with. Because these government jobs have better unrealistic salaries and benefits than the private sector cannot compete with, our taxes are extraordinarily high. It is time to privatize the market. | |||
| Tax only consumption; all goods and services must have same tax rate. Taxing the high-income hurts the working class by decreasing the amount of money they can buy products & services of the working class. When no goods and services are bought, then less jobs for the working class. One of my principles is equal treatment under the law. No one shall receive special tax rates or favors. If I cannot get my bill passed to eliminate the Virginia Income Tax, I plan to create a back-up bill that will get rid of all loopholes, meaning less taxes for all. | |||

Instead of buying new machines, we should focus on updating our directory of deceased registered voters or ineligible voters. If those records were updated, we would be able to be more efficient and allow voting to be done by the click of the button. Redistricting shall be done by a collective group of individuals with no relationships to political parties or political candidates/politicians. | |||

This program gives power to the government by forcing Doctor's offices, Hospitals and Health Care Providers to request approval for more equipment, office expansion and more. That Healthcare provider must show cause on why it is necessary for them to expand or add new equipment in front of the government board, while the competitor can fight against the expansion. This creates cronyism. When government denies Healthcare providers of these certificates, it creates less supply of healthcare. Less supply, more demand= higher healthcare costs to patients. | |||

| Government shall not be involved with marriage. Marriage is created by the Church. Following the footsteps of Thomas Jefferson, I am a firm believer in Separation of Church and State. Therefore government shall accept all contracts including but not limited to bonds of matrimony. Government shall not interfere with private or non-publicly funded organizations/entities. Being a strong supporter freedom of speech, government shall not infringe on speech unless it could result in physical danger/apprehension to individuals, the public, state or nation. Although personally I disagree with flag burning, the government shall not infringe on one's right to do so. | |||
